As an avid fan and long-time customer of Cabela’s, I’ve always appreciated their support through their affiliate program and enjoyed events like the “Ladies Day Out.” After the Bass Pro takeover, things changed, but I still found myself frequently visiting and spending a lot there.
In the winter, the lack of outdoor activities and increased work obligations had me spiraling mentally and physically. A casual joke from a Cabela’s employee turned into a spontaneous decision to join their archery department. Although I only stayed for eight weeks, the job helped snap me out of my funk. The experience was a reminder of why retail isn’t for me, but it also reignited my passion for archery. Stay tuned for reviews on some of Cabela’s archery gear!
