5:  Exceptional.  As perfect as a product or service can get.

4:  Very Good.  Great product or service, some negatives, but would overall recommend and purchase yourself.

3:  Average.   Similar to other products or services, nothing really stood out about it.

2:  Poor.  You would give it a second look if upgrades were made.
